Ad Nuker is concerned with protecting you while you are surfing the internet from annoying ads & banners. Also it gives you the ability to protect your POP3 or IMAP mail from being overwhelmed with spam mails from your enemies or silly friends.
Ad Nuker is not a stand alone software program; it is embedded in the IE toolbar.

Here you can change the settings of the program. You can change the language by selecting your language from the language combo box.

Also you may change the sound that alerts you with a new popup from the sound combo box. You can listen to the sound before choosing it as your default sound by just clicking the test button.

You can control the mail spam filter from this window.
1- Mail Setup
In the mail setup entry you have four sub entries:
A: Add new e-mail account
You can add mail accounts in this window. You add mail accounts so that they are protected against spam mails.
B: View or change existing E-mail account
All available accounts are listed so you are able to view it or change the data associated with it.
C: Delete Account
All accounts are listed so that you can select one of them to delete.
D: Connection Settings
To manage the settings of your connections you have to use this page in which:

  • You specify the ports of both the POP3 & IMAP servers. Also you can change the connection time out setting, which is the time allowed for the server to respond otherwise exit. The check mail every option is to determine when to automatically check for the mails.
  • After you made your changes you may click store defaults or save settings.
2- Filter Properties
Here you can choose among different levels of security. Higher level putting you in the safe side against spam mails. Also you can add spam words to define mail as a spam based on its contents.

Add spam words so that when such words are found in your mail, the mail is considered as spam.
3- Senders
Here you have two entries one for friends list & the other for the blocked list.
